The roof top bar is closed for private event so I didn’t have a chance to go in there

Prefect place whom like seafood restaurants around as well as close to the breach. Also the staff are so friendly and helpful.

The pool looks dirty

The staff were exceptional in all areas. They even went out of their way to help me find a medical clinic, drove me there and stayed to help translate, Breakfast was fabulous and the pool area very relaxing.

The shower could do with a good scrub.

Location was great, next to a row of grilled seafood stalls right next to the beach. In the evening, the smell of barbeque seafood can be a bit overwhelming but thankful it's a nice delicious smell. Hotel was dated but everything was clean and working. Pool surrounded entire hotel and it was a beautiful resort

Nothing I didn't like, it was great value for money

The most incredible breakfast. Big thank you to the chefs for our daily omelette. The hotel was like any other resort but the staff really made it vibrant and warm. All the staff were amazing and attentive. I wish i could list them all by name but the kitchen, housekeeping, reception and restaurant staff were fantastic. Even the staff cleaning the pool or passing us in corridors smiled and greeted us. A huge thank you to Yuni from the kids club, who interacted with our 15 month old baby and brought him toys / balls etc. And another huge thank you to Smiley, who was kind and very funny / entertaining. Thank you to Ari at the spa for a beautiful treatment. Maintenance staff (Engineers) were also very attentive and fixed our bath right away when it was broken. The location was really good. Beachside and close to all the restaurants for good seafood. The hotel separates rubbish and was kept clean. The resort grounds were great. The security guards and lobby staff were so kind and always greeted us warmly. Kids club was great for my son to explore and would be great for older kids, with so many activities. The gym had everything you possibly need and I didn't get to yoga but it looked fantastic.

The cocktails we had from room service were not very nice, were warm and were overpriced (that being said the pool bar ones were much better). The baby cot we had had a super hard base, not really a matress at all even, and was quite small so my son kept rolling over and waking himself up / did not sleep well for the stay but that's to be expected. Maybe consider some of the softer pop up / travel style cots instead as they are a bit bigger and more padded. I really can't fault anything else. A big thank you.

Nice to relax by the pool . Very quiet with pool never crowded. Good variety at breakfast.

I just felt that a lot of the staff didn’t appear very happy. All the other places we have stayed in Bali they have been so cheery and full of smiles but only a couple of staff here were like that . ( mainly the breakfast staff that appeared not to be happy in their job) . The pool water didn’t appear clean and sparkly, it was a bit cloudy looking.

The room was lovely and a lot bigger than we expected. The pool was lovely. Staff were very friendly, always a smile wherever we went. Good that Front of House Manager requested feedback from people.

Pillows were too soft. There were small areas in the room that needed attending to e.g chip on side of table (room 307), tiling needed replacing on stair to balcony as left exposed wires-would be dangerous for a child if pulled on. Sky Bar was closed for function on our last night and we had planned to watch sunset from there-only found out at last minute that we could not access the area because of a private function so unable to make alternative plans. Maybe inform patrons the day before if the aera id not available (note in room) Need more than 4 pool beanbags available

Not much choice regarding food options and Jimbaran is very quiet. But if you’re into the beach restaurants it’s perfect!

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the room was big, and the swimming pool was good but needs lots of maintenance

All the hotel need tons of maintenance( alot of broken marbles and wood) No easy access to the beach ( you need to pass by one of the local sea food restaurants to go to the beach The smoke covers the hall swimming pool from the the nearby sea food restaurants

Welcoming and friendly staff. Generous sized room and bathroom - marble throughout. Good sized balcony overlooking the pool. Clothes/towel drying rack. Generous sized wardrobe. Impressive sized swimming pool - biggest, most sprawling one I've ever seen. Lots of international TV channels.

Hopefully this part of the review is taken as constructive which is the spirit in which it is given. I don't need it to be published - rather that it go back to the hotel management for consideration. We stayed in room 213 on the 21st Feb 2020. Maybe simple improvements: Bedside tables are too far from the bed, making them impractical. There were tea and coffee making facilities but no milk. The fridge was not cold. I would have appreciated Bali-made toiletries (e.g. something organic and lemongrass-scented to feel I am in beautiful Bali). I would have appreciated them in bigger dispensers not small bottles, which makes me add to the planet's (and Bali's) plastic waste problem. The soap was too large and would be wasted after each guest. As a traveler I don't want to contribute to the pollution problem. The same applies for the plastic water bottles. I would expect a hotel claiming to be 5 stars to be more environmentally responsible. I have stayed in humbler places in Bali where they provide a refillable glass bottle. Given how sad it is to see so much plastic washing up on the local beach, I would expect the hotels in the area to NOT be contributing to that problem - and would be good to see them to be pro-active in helping to solve it. The breakfast was very generous, the only thing letting it down for me was the non-slip rubber kitchen place mats. Bali has so many fine woven goods - it surprised me that Le Meridien (claiming to be 5 stars) was not showcasing the local style. Harder/more expensive improvements: Crooked installation of powerpoints and light switches. (Personal taste) but the sculptures in the lobby are off-putting (obese wooden man and girl with many faces). Bamboo in pots was dead. Swim up bar ledge collapsed. Lots of missing buttons on the orange lounges in dining room. The artwork and furnishings did not give off of a Bali-vibe. Sorry to say, but for 5 stars, I expected more and would not return.

big room, pool access from room connecting to main pool, very fast internet, good room / hotel design eventhough the detail look bad, but it covers by big room. close to the beach and seafood restaurants right behind the hotel. very friendly staff.

WATER !!!!!! water source drill too shallow, water taste bad, and first day yellow. Sink faucet totally wrong choice !!!! small open but water splashes everywhere, ask the Architech to stay in this hotel !! 2 shower head but one faucet, you want to keep your head dry ? in the end your head will wet !! stupid.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff was very customer friendly and polite. The checking service want smooth and they also allowed us to check in early. The little security check service at the entry ensures that you have piece of mind in terms of safety. Didn’t like the lunch but breakfast was awesome with some many varieties. We also took advantage of the free 30 minutes photographing service with one free picture. However you have to pay for the rest of your pictures. We did paid AUD $40 for 35 professional edited photos.

The place looks fairly new

Location does not have proper roads to be easily access, reception does overcharge for taxi and trike (trike driver told us its 150 php to alona beach from and to hotel - Alona beach) but reception told us its 450 php omfg. she even told us that hotel shuttle is not free. The shower room isnt draining water so the whole washroom is always flooded with water if you take a shower for more than 10mins. We already notified reception but nothing was done. Lastly tv reception is just atrocious, signal always dropping, same with WiFi. For an expensive hotel, they should know better.

We got upgrade for our booking, all room are large with separate closet. Staffs are all friendly and helpful, good location to convenient store, starbuck and seafood restaurant nearby.

Not a direct lead to Jimbaran beach as expected, the bathtub and hair dryer did not work properly, but I did not report since it was quite late and we just stay for 1 night.

The room is comfortable, the meals are very good

This is not a resort, there is nothing much around, there is only a public beach. As an (airport)hotel it is really suiteable for 1 or 2 nights, but absolutely not for a real vacation . Shocking to notice that even the assistant waiter and the poolboy address you with your given names they read in the copy of your passport in the hotels' system. Marriot does not respect your privacy, they should be sued, may be we do

Awesome pool, great breakfasts, large size rooms, staff were very friendly, gardens are immaculate.

Place is a little dated, The TV in the room pixelated so badly it was barely watchable some days. Prices are not that cheap for food & drink

We liked everything. The staff were so friendly could not do enough for you. The room was lovely and the bed so comfortable the room was immaculate.

The only thing we noticed was it needed updating a bit. Like there was a crack in our sink the plug didn’t go fully down, mainly decorative work.
