Thank you to the beautiful staff for their warmth, care, service and making our holiday special.
The most incredible breakfast. Big thank you to the chefs for our daily omelette. The hotel was like any other resort but the staff really made it vibrant and warm. All the staff were amazing and attentive. I wish i could list them all by name but the kitchen, housekeeping, reception and restaurant staff were fantastic. Even the staff cleaning the pool or passing us in corridors smiled and greeted us. A huge thank you to Yuni from the kids club, who interacted with our 15 month old baby and brought him toys / balls etc. And another huge thank you to Smiley, who was kind and very funny / entertaining. Thank you to Ari at the spa for a beautiful treatment. Maintenance staff (Engineers) were also very attentive and fixed our bath right away when it was broken. The location was really good. Beachside and close to all the restaurants for good seafood. The hotel separates rubbish and was kept clean. The resort grounds were great. The security guards and lobby staff were so kind and always greeted us warmly. Kids club was great for my son to explore and would be great for older kids, with so many activities. The gym had everything you possibly need and I didn't get to yoga but it looked fantastic.
The cocktails we had from room service were not very nice, were warm and were overpriced (that being said the pool bar ones were much better). The baby cot we had had a super hard base, not really a matress at all even, and was quite small so my son kept rolling over and waking himself up / did not sleep well for the stay but that's to be expected. Maybe consider some of the softer pop up / travel style cots instead as they are a bit bigger and more padded. I really can't fault anything else. A big thank you.
